Primary care remains one of the mayor concerns, particularly in the hundreds of Camps of Internally Displaced People (IDP), where tens of thousands of homeless Haitians have gathered seeking refuge. Some of these camps house over twenty-five thousand (25,000) men, women and children with no place else to go.

We currently offer an ambulatory clinic that visits IDP Camps and provides free primary healthcare. This first point of contact is part of a group of health services geared towards providing holistic care, with an emphasis on prevention and the promotion of better health, as well as direct support for patients, their family and their community.

Once a patient has been assessed, he may be referred to our facilities to be treated by a specialist, all free of charge.

With your help we could expand our services to more camps and reach many more people in need of help.
